The cozzy comfort and the amenities inlduing a small kitchenette and separate sitting room from the bedroon/bathroom. The porch looks directly out onto Lake Tahoe with the shorline directly below .

Alvina was so welcoming. And the allowance for the dog made our stay so much easier.

A very relaxed place with a fantastic location over looking the lake from your apartment. If you are looking for luxury this is not it but it is comfortable and homely with the benefit of a small but workable kitchen area so you can self cater with a good Safeway just 5 mins away. The views are beautiful and a real bonus to be literally on the lake front.

We like the Northlake area and we always go skiing in the winter. We wanted to go in the summer and chose the Holiday House because of the location. It has an excellent Lake view.

No air conditioning but it is rarely needed. The kitchen is small and you have to take the microwave into the bathroom to plug in because there are no 3-prong plugs in the kitchen. Great location but very spartan amentities.

I called to comfirm my reservation and the owner told me she cancelled my reservation because they would be closed that week. We happened to stop by while we were at Tahoe and found she was not closed.

Owner needs to be more honest.

The view was fabuloous.

The room was in serious need of updating
